Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Vets Automobile, has jointly signed a partnership agreement with China Merchants ZhiYuan Capital, Yongyuan Investment, and High-Tech Venture Capital to establish the Ningbo Yongyuan High-Tech Ningbo Joyson ZhiYuan Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), with a contribution scale of 0.8 billion yuan. Asia Vets Automobile, as a general partner, commits to a contribution of 0.2 billion yuan, accounting for 25% of the fund's fundraising scale. This fund will primarily invest in equity projects of unlisted companies and non-public issuance projects of listed companies in areas with strong technological attributes, such as the smart automobile and new energy industry chain, hard technology, semiconductors, ai, and siasun robot&automation.
