On November 27 local time, the Bank of Communications Dubai International Financial Centre branch officially opened. It is reported that this branch is the first bank institution established by the Bank of Communications in the Middle East. Previously, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, and China Construction Bank successively established branches in Dubai. Arif Amiri, CEO of the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, introduced that more than 230 banks have settled in the Dubai International Financial Centre, including 27 out of 29 global systemically important banks.
