Wu'an New Energy announced that the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Changyuan Lithium New Energy Co., Ltd., by 2.35 billion yuan from its own funds, of which 1.063 billion yuan will be included in the registered capital and 1.287 billion yuan will be included in the capital surplus. After the capital increase, Changyuan New Energy's registered capital will increase from 1 billion yuan to 2.063 billion yuan, and the company will still hold 100% equity. The capital increase funds will be mainly used for Changyuan New Energy to repay loans and meet its own operational funds.
