After signing the original contract, both parties actively communicated and made efforts to promote related cooperation matters. According to the agreement, Qingyun Zhisuan has delivered GPU computing services, storage, and bandwidth to the client and the client has paid 30.5956 million yuan to Qingyun Zhisuan. Up to now, both parties have not reached a consensus on the specific terms of the termination agreement, nor have they signed any form of termination or supplementary agreement.
