In a notice from teyi pharmaceutical group, the board of directors recently received written resignation reports from independent directors Cao Yanming and Li Guisheng. As Cao Yanming and Li Guisheng have served as independent directors of the company for over 6 years consecutively, in accordance with relevant regulations, they have applied to resign from their positions as independent directors as well as members of the board's special committees. The resignation reports will take effect after the election of new independent directors at the shareholder meeting.
