The company plans to increase Guoke Yidao by 50 million yuan, and to acquire part of the equity held by Guoke Yidao's shareholders in the target company for 10.328352 million yuan. At the same time, the company has signed a Joint Action Agreement with some shareholders of Guoke Yidao to gain control of the target company. After this transaction is completed, the company will directly hold 23.4194% of Guoke Yidao's equity, becoming its largest shareholder, and through the joint action relationship, will obtain 54.6792% of the voting rights of Guoke Yidao, becoming the controlling shareholder of the target company.
