After self-examination, the company’s subsidiary, eastern superconducting technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "eastern superconducting"), mainly produces second-generation high-temperature superconducting strips and superconducting application products. The company does not directly produce or manufacture controllable nuclear fusion devices; it only provides materials for the magnets of the winding device. Currently, the output of eastern superconducting strips is low, with the revenue for 2023 accounting for less than 1% of the company’s overall revenue, and it is operating at a loss, which will not have a significant impact on the company’s performance.
