After verification by the company, it was found that the company’s controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Tianjin Water Affairs Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Water Affairs Group") has carried out a financial advisory bidding process to comply with commitments to resolve competitive issues with the company, and the bidding work has now been completed. Communication with Water Affairs Group indicated that due diligence and assessment work related to resolving the competitive issues has not yet commenced, and there is significant uncertainty regarding these matters. Additionally, neither the company, the controlling shareholder, nor their concerted actors have any major undisclosed matters concerning the company, or significant matters that are under planning. During the period of stock trading anomalies, there were no transactions of the company’s stocks by the controlling shareholder or their concerted actors.
