Jiangsu Boamax Technologies Group announced that the former chairman Wang Siqi and the former vice chairman and president Zuo Yue received a "Warning Letter" issued by the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. Investigation revealed that on February 7, 2024, Wang Siqi and Zuo Yue issued a notice to Jiangsu Boamax Technologies Group regarding their shareholding plan, intending to increase their shareholding within six months from the date of disclosure, with an amount not less than 10 million yuan and not exceeding 20 million yuan. However, as of August 7, 2024, the deadline for the shareholding plan expired, and neither of them increased their shares in the company, failing to complete the aforementioned shareholding plan. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to them and recording it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market. Wang Siqi and Zuo Yue no longer hold the positions of director and senior management in the company.
