Mr. Fan Peishun resigned from the positions of chairman, director, convener of the board of directors' strategic committee, and member of the nomination committee. The resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the minimum required by law, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. The resignation application takes effect upon delivery to the board of directors. Mr. Fan Peishun will no longer hold any other positions in the company after resigning. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mr. Fan Peishun held 0.015 million shares of the company. Until the election of a new chairman, Vice Chairman Lei Yunming will act on behalf of the chairman.
