The project is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 0.05 million square meters, with a total building area of 0.116 million square meters and a maximum building height of 61.8 meters. The total contract duration is 304 calendar days, and payments will be made according to the project's progress. Once implemented successfully, the project will benefit the company by enhancing its market share in the intelligent building and park sectors.
