Hebei Sinopack Electronic Technology announced that the board of directors has recently received a written resignation letter from independent director Li Youxing. Li Youxing has resigned from the position of independent director of the company, as well as the chairperson of the nomination committee and committee member of the audit and risk committee for personal reasons. After resigning, Li Youxing will no longer hold any positions in the company.
