Yunnan lincang xinyuan germanium industry announced that all shareholders of its holding subsidiary Zhongke Xinyuan increased capital for its holding subsidiary Xinyao Company based on the audited net assets of Zhongke Xinyuan's entire shareholding. The company priced its 97.6155% equity stake in Zhongke Xinyuan at 0.222 billion yuan and subscribed to an additional registered capital of 0.191 billion yuan in Xinyao Company. Currently, the above capital increase has completed the change of business registration, and Xinyao Company's registered capital has increased to 0.321 billion yuan, with the company, Haibo Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and Huifeng holding 84.5294%, 9.3454%, and 6.1252% equity stakes in Xinyao Company, respectively. The company's controlling status over Xinyao Company and Zhongke Xinyuan remains unchanged, and the scope of consolidated financial statements has not changed.
