On November 15, Zhang Xiaoquan announced that the board of directors received a written resignation report from independent director Cheng Qian on November 14, 2024. Cheng Qian applied to resign from the positions of independent director of the company, member of the board of directors strategic decision-making committee, and chairman of the nomination committee for personal reasons. The original term was from May 20, 2024 to May 19, 2027. After resigning, Cheng Qian will no longer hold any position in the company. Cheng Qian did not hold any company shares, and there were no unfulfilled commitment obligations. Cheng Qian will continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations during and six months after the original term. Cheng Qian's resignation will result in the number of independent directors in the company being less than one-third of the total number of directors, and the resignation will take effect after the election of new independent directors at the shareholders' meeting.
