The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation announced the following matters relating to the adjustment of the export tax rebate policy for aluminum and other products: 1. Abolish export tax rebates for aluminum, copper, and chemically modified animal, vegetable, or microbial oils, fats, etc. 2. Reduce the export tax rebate rate for some refined oil products, photovoltaics, batteries, and some non-metallic mineral products from 13% to 9%. 3. This announcement will take effect on December 1, 2024. The applicable export tax rebate rate for the products listed in this notice is defined by the export date indicated in the export declaration for the export goods.
