Hollyland announced that the company and related responsible persons received the decision on corrective measures regarding substantial inaccuracies in financial statement consolidation scope, inaccurate determination of the nature of business revenues from financing consulting services provided by subsidiaries to third parties, failure to register insider information for individual significant events as required by the Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies and the Guidelines for the Regulation of Listed Companies No. 5 – Registration Management System for Persons with Insider Information in Listed Companies. The company will strictly rectify the issues as required, enhance insider information registration management, and improve the quality of information disclosure.
