Chengdu Xingrong Environment announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Drainage Co., Ltd., intends to establish a joint venture with Chengdu Jiaozi Park Real Estate Co., Ltd., to cooperate on the distributed energy project of the Hedong #1 station in the Chengdu Jiaozi Park Financial Business District. The investment during the project's construction period is approximately 0.143 billion yuan, with a capital contribution of 70 million yuan. The registered capital of the joint venture is 10 million yuan, with the remaining project capital as capital reserve. The drainage company's shareholding ratio is 40%, while the real estate company's shareholding ratio is 60%. On the same day, it was announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Xingrong Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., will fully fund the establishment of a subsidiary and invest, construct, and operate the project for the resource utilization of waste incineration ash. The main focus of the project construction is the comprehensive treatment system for ash and supporting facilities, designed to handle ash at a scale of 2,050 tons/day, mainly generating income through the sale of ash resource utilization products. The estimated total investment for this project is approximately 0.132 billion yuan, and the registered capital of the newly established subsidiary is 65 million yuan.
