Due to their own funding needs, Jiading Jianye and Jiading K&T plan to reduce their shareholding of the company's shares by no more than 14.9969 million shares through centralized bidding methods within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital.
