Remegen announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from independent director Ma Lan. Ma Lan applied to resign from the second board of directors, the nomination committee, and the strategic committee of the company in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Part-time Management of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Academicians. After resignation, Ma Lan will no longer hold any position in the company. Her resignation report will take effect on the date of the new independent director's appointment or when the number of independent directors is not less than one-third of the number of board members. Before that, Ma Lan will continue to fulfill her duties in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. The company will soon complete the election of new independent directors in accordance with the relevant regulations.
