Since Wuxi Hongsheng North America is a newly established company that has not been in existence for three years, this funding requires the parent company to provide a joint liability guarantee of the same amount. This guarantee agreement is valid from the date of signing until December 31, 2027, and the company will not charge a guarantee fee, nor will it require Wuxi Hongsheng North America to provide counter-guarantee.
