Lucky Film announcement, the subsidiary Lucky Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. intends to introduce a total of 0.45 billion yuan through capital increase and share expansion. This capital increase is conducted in cash by China National Machinery Industry Corporation Manufacturing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Fund, Beijing Jianyuan North Industry Emerging Industries Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, Suqian City Industrial Development Fund, and Suqian Suicheng Talent Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise, subscribing to an additional registered capital of 77.1809 million yuan for Lucky Optoelectronics. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. After completion, Lucky Optoelectronics will still be the controlling subsidiary of Lucky Film. The relevant agreements have been approved by the board of directors and still need to be submitted for approval by the shareholders' meeting. There is still uncertainty regarding the effectiveness of the transaction.
