Inly media co., ltd announced that Mr. Luo Yanji, the controlling shareholder, currently holds 99.2463 million shares of the company, accounting for 36.97% of the total shareholding. Mr. Luo Yanji plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 14.5 million shares starting from November 15, 2024, through agreement transfer, accounting for 5.40% of the total shareholding. The transferee in the agreement transfer has no relationship with Mr. Luo Yanji. The implementation of this shareholding reduction plan will not result in a change in the controlling interest of the listed company.
