The three parties plan to cooperate on a comprehensive utilization project for carbon dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, and gas recovery. The project name will be determined in accordance with the final formal business agreement. The three parties will establish a joint venture company with different proportions of investment, jointly undertaking project construction and operation management. The company's investment share is 51%, Sanyun Company's investment share is 36%, and Yueyang Dongtian's investment share is 13%.
