Apple announced today the launch of the "Holiday Return Policy", where products purchased at Apple Store between November 8 and December 25 local time can be returned by January 8, 2025, applicable to countries and regions including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. In addition, in some countries such as Italy, Spain, Japan, and Mexico, the return window will be longer, where most products purchased between November 8 and January 6 in these countries can be returned by January 20, 2025. This policy applies to most products sold by Apple, with some exceptions including carrier-contracted iPhones; while all products purchased after December 25 must adhere to the standard 14-day return policy restrictions.
