At the same time, steadfastly promote market, institutional, and product comprehensive systematic opening, facilitate cross-border investment and financing, expand the range of Shanghai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect investment targets, optimize the Mainland-Hong Kong mutual recognition of funds arrangement, support the launch of more cross-border ETF products, expand depositary receipt cross-border connectivity, broaden overseas listing channels, expand futures market opening, further enhance the stability, transparency, and predictability of policies, encourage and support more foreign institutional investors to invest and operate in China, and build the "Invest in China" brand.
