Harmony Auto announced that it has officially signed an agreement with Lian Da Auto to acquire all the store assets of BYD. Subsequently, Harmony Auto will operate BYD's passenger vehicle business in Hong Kong. On November 6th, BYD responded to reporters that due to the termination of the cooperation period, BYD officially terminated the distribution partnership with Lian Da Auto. Lian Da Auto will no longer operate the BYD brand, and all BYD passenger vehicle business under its name (including but not limited to vehicle sales, after-sales, and other related services) will be handed over to other authorized BYD dealers in Hong Kong. It is reported that Harmony Auto has fully acquired Lian Da Auto's BYD store assets, including BYD Wan Chai showroom, Kowloon Bay showroom, Yuen Long showroom, Tsim Sha Tsui showroom, 4 showrooms in total, as well as the Tuen Mun 4S store and Kowloon Bay service center, along with the warehouses and parking lots of the aforementioned units, totaling 6 BYD distribution outlets.
