Wen Anlin applies to resign from the independent director of the second session of the Board of Directors, as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee, due to personal reasons. After resigning, Wen Anlin will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. Wen Anlin's resignation will result in the proportion of independent directors in the Board of Directors being less than one-third, and there is a lack of accounting professionals among the independent directors. According to relevant regulations, Wen Anlin's resignation application will only take effect after a new independent director is elected at the company's shareholders' meeting. Before that, Wen Anlin still needs to continue to fulfill the responsibilities of an independent director and related board committees. The company will soon complete the supplementary election of independent directors and various specialized committees.
