On November 1st, Eastern Time, S&P Dow Jones Indices announced that NVIDIA will be included in the Dow Jones Industrial Average to replace Intel. Sherwin-Williams Co. will be added to the Dow, replacing Dow Inc. Market had expected the inclusion of NVIDIA in the Dow, believing it was only a matter of time. Chief Market Strategist at B.Riley Wealth, Art Hogan, stated: "NVIDIA undoubtedly meets all the conditions to become a constituent stock of the Dow, including good reputation, historical growth, investor interest, and industry representation in the broader market.
