ECB Executive Board member Schnabel suggested not to hastily cut interest rates, leading to a 12 basis point increase in the ECB's final interest rate expectations. The initial value of the eurozone CPI in October was also unexpectedly higher than expected, which may further ease expectations of a rate cut in December.
