As European airlines suspend their Chinese routes, Serbia Airlines announced today that it will launch a direct flight from Belgrade to Shanghai Pudong on January 11, 2025. On September 30, the company just opened regular flights between Belgrade and Guangzhou. Shanghai International Airport has added or resumed 17 international passenger routes since the beginning of this year, with the total passenger traffic at Shanghai's two airports exceeding 0.1 billion in the first 10 months, a 32% year-on-year increase.
