The number of new applications reached a new high for the year, with signs of recovery in the refinancing market. Data shows that from October to present, a total of 19 new refinancing applications have been accepted by the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. Among them, 11 are from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and 8 are from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In terms of sectors, there are 8 on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, 5 on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and 3 each on the STAR Market and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM). Among the refinancing projects accepted this month, the highest financing amount is for Poly Developments and Holdings Group's convertible bonds, planning to raise 9.5 billion yuan; SDIC Power Holdings and CGN Power Co.,Ltd. plan to raise 7 billion yuan and 49 billion yuan respectively, while many other companies aim to raise less than 1 billion yuan. In recent times, it has been publicly reported that the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges have made regulations on refinancing in their latest IPO review dynamics, including requirements for listed companies to reasonably plan the use of refinancing raised funds. Tian Lihui believes that the continued strict supervision of refinancing is helpful in guiding listed companies to implement refinancing more rationally, avoiding behaviors such as excessive financing and cross-border investments, reflecting the guidance to encourage the synergy of main businesses and strengthen regulatory oversight of key few.
