Keli Motor Group announced that the company has completed the relevant filing and registration matters of the Vietnam production base project, and obtained the "Enterprise Overseas Investment Certificate" issued by the Commerce Department of Hunan Province and the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Investment Projects" issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Hunan Province. The company will invest in the establishment of Keli Motor (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Keli Electric Machine (Singapore) Co., Ltd. in Vietnam, with a total investment not exceeding 2 million US dollars. This project aims to further realize the company's global development strategy and enhance the international sales competitiveness of its products.
