Moody's analyst Kamil Kovar said that concerns about the continued weakness of the Eurozone have been exaggerated. The Eurozone's 20 member countries saw economic growth of 0.4% in the third quarter, better than economists' expectations, dispelling concerns about an economic recession. This means that the likelihood of a significant interest rate cut by the European Central Bank in December now appears slim.
