North Electro-Optic announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiguang Defense Company, received a relocation subsidy of 12 million yuan from the Happiness Road Management Committee. As of now, Xiguang Defense has received a total of 20 million yuan in relocation subsidies. The company will carry out accounting in accordance with the relevant provisions of the enterprise accounting standards, deducting capital expenditures such as previous equipment dismantling, fixed asset losses incurred during the cleaning and transportation processes, the construction of facilities in the photoelectric technology industrial park, as well as related expenses, and include them in the annual profit and loss of the relocation project. The specific amount is subject to the annual audit confirmation by the auditing organization.
