Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems announced that its subsidiaries Xingmin Hai Zhi and Xin Yang Fan signed a cooperation agreement with Wuhu Shipbuilding. According to the agreement, all parties will carry out business cooperation for a total of 37 ships of various types between 2025 and 2029, including 8 89K bulk carriers, 1 7000PCTC auto roll-on/roll-off transport ship, 1 14600 heavy lift vessel, etc. In 2025, a total of $0.424 billion worth of business cooperation will be conducted.
