Sansteel Minguang announced that there has been a change in the equity structure of its indirect controlling shareholder, Fujian Metallurgical (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Metallurgical Holdings"). The Fujian Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has gratuitously transferred its 20% equity interest in Metallurgical Holdings to Fujian Provincial Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fujian Provincial Investment Company"). This change has not resulted in any change in the number of shares indirectly held by Metallurgical Holdings, nor in the shareholding ratio. The company's controlling shareholder, indirect controlling shareholder, and actual controller remain unchanged, and it will not affect the company's governance structure and continuous operation.
