JinkoSolar announced that the company intends to issue Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The GDRs issued this time are based on newly issued company RMB ordinary shares (A shares), with the issuance scale not exceeding 10.00% of the company's total share capital before this issuance. The total amount raised will not exceed RMB 4500 million (or the equivalent in foreign currency), the net amount after deducting the issuance expenses will be used for efficient component projects of 1GW in the USA, the construction project of the 14GW integrated production base in the shanxi Phase II, and supplementary working capital or repayment of bank loans. The conversion rate between the GDRs issued this time and the basic securities A shares is that each GDR represents 10 shares of the company's A shares.
