The China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, Peking Financial Court, and Bank of China jointly established and launched the first domestic overseas financial legal practice public service platform. The platform was developed by Peking Financial Court over a period of more than two years and is currently undergoing system debugging and will be launched soon. According to the introduction, this platform is the first in China to specialize in collecting overseas financial laws and regulations for public welfare search services, with prominent inclusiveness, bringing together the advantages of high-level coordination of financial management departments, concentrated jurisdiction of financial courts, and global business expansion advantages of Bank of China. It covers the world's major economies where Chinese companies go abroad, involving a total of over 800 financial regulations across the entire financial industry, integrating overseas financial laws and regulations, domestic and foreign treaties, international financial regulatory rules, overseas financial regulatory institutions and dispute resolution institutions directory information, overseas financial legal document samples, overseas typical financial cases, and overseas financial legal theory research into seven major modules, providing comprehensive and multi-dimensional information resources to various entities. Most importantly, this platform serves as a public service platform for infrastructure and public platforms for Chinese and foreign enterprises and various entities.
