After investigation, it was found that the company had some project quality control issues, inadequate project risk assessment, lack of strict scrutiny of due diligence drafts, inadequate implementation of internal opinions tracking, some project issuance sponsor work reports did not fully disclose internal control concerns, the above situation violated relevant regulations. CSRC decided to issue a warning letter to the company as an administrative supervision and management measure. The company should strengthen the internal control management of investment banking business and hold responsible persons internally accountable.
