The above-mentioned situations violated relevant regulations, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to impose administrative supervision and management measures on the company to order corrective actions. The company should take this as a warning, earnestly identify and rectify issues, establish and strictly implement internal control systems, work processes, and operating norms for investment banking business, be honest, trustworthy, diligent, and conscientious, effectively enhance the quality of investment banking business. The company should strictly hold accountable responsible personnel in accordance with the internal accountability system and submit a written accountability report to the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau.
