China Shenhua Energy announced that the controlling shareholder, China Energy Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Capital Control, increased its A-share holdings by 11.5935 million shares from October 20, 2023 to October 18, 2024, accounting for 0.0584% of the total share capital. The amount of the shareholding is 0.365 billion yuan, completing 73.06% of the minimum amount of the shareholding plan of 0.5 billion yuan. Due to the share price exceeding the upper limit of the shareholding plan, the minimum shareholding amount was not reached. After the shareholding, China Energy Group's shareholding ratio increased to 69.58%.
