Leng Youbin pointed out that the company has achieved 100% participation of supply chain partners in sustainable development initiatives, collaborated with employees to optimize performance management systems, established a charity fund, comprehensively safeguarded employee rights, and enhanced employee well-being. In terms of public welfare values, Feihe has established a diverse range of charitable initiatives and has donated over 0.7 billion yuan to society through the Feihe Charity Fund. In the first three years of establishing the Feihe Public Welfare Fund, they initiated a special education charity campaign starting from 2022, with a total investment of 65 million yuan, benefiting over 0.28 million teachers and 3.3 million students.
