The 2024 ESG Global Leaders Conference was held in shanghai from October 16th to 18th. NXP Semiconductors' Senior Vice President and Greater China President Li Tingwei attended and spoke. Li Yanwei stated that as a major supplier of automotive semiconductors, going global is crucial. Regarding ESG, he specifically mentioned three points. First, the need for market access rules. As a global company, we have always considered market access in various countries to be very important. Second, the requirements of upstream and downstream for ESG products. Third, the most crucial aspect of corporate innovation is talent. Sustainable enterprises will be better at attracting and retaining young people, so this is all incremental. He pointed out that NXP Semiconductors can share a lot of global experiences, in the past helped global companies succeed in China, today wants to help Chinese companies succeed not only in China, but also globally.
