Among them, Wu Jianbo intends to transfer 2.81 million shares, Wu Siyu intends to transfer 2.27 million shares, Yancheng Zhongyan Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) intends to transfer 1.3 million shares. This equity change does not involve a tender offer and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholders or actual controllers.
