On the evening of October 14th, Hangzhou Century announced that recently the company learned that part of the funds in the dedicated account of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Medical Technology Limited Company (referred to as "Medical Technology"), have been frozen. Medical Technology received the "Yangzhou Guangling District People's Court Civil Litigation Notification", "Yangzhou Guangling District People's Court Evidence Notification", "Yangzhou Guangling District People's Court Summons" (Case No.: (2024) Su 1002 Min Chu 5368) and other relevant legal documents sent by the Guangling District People's Court of Yangzhou City, as well as the "Civil Complaint" and other documents submitted to the court by Neusoft Corporation Nanjing Limited Company (referred to as "Neusoft Nanjing"), learning that the freezing of the funds in this dedicated account was due to a dispute between Medical Technology and Neusoft Nanjing over a technology service contract.
