Yunzhongma announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Yunzhongma Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., intends to sign a "Yunzhongma 'Fashion Smart Manufacturing' Industrial Park Investment Promotion Agreement" with Songyang County Economic Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. The total investment in the first phase of the project is RMB 1.5 billion, of which RMB 1 billion is for fixed assets investment, to build an annual production of 0.165 million tons of high-performance leather base fabric and 15,000 tons of polyester DTY silk industrial base project. The second phase of the project plans to build a "Fashion New Materials" industrial base on approximately 500 mu of land in the Chishou Industrial Zone. The signing of the relevant agreement this time is to reach related agreements on the construction of the first phase of the project. The project is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's financial condition and operational results for the current year.
