National Bureau of Statistics data shows that in September, the national consumer prices rose by 0.4% year-on-year. Among them, urban areas increased by 0.4%, rural areas increased by 0.6%; food prices rose by 3.3%, non-food prices decreased by 0.2%; consumer goods prices rose by 0.5%, service prices rose by 0.2%. In January-September, the national consumer prices rose by 0.3% compared to the same period last year.
