Hangzhou Changchuan Technology announced that the company plans to acquire 0.25 billion yuan equity of Hangzhou Changchuan Manufacturing held by the shareholder Hangzhou Paradise Silicon Valley Hangshi Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise through its own funds and bank loans. The transaction price is 0.357 billion yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 0.6 billion yuan equity of Hangzhou Changchuan Manufacturing. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, which still needs to be approved by the shareholders' meeting before implementation.
