According to baowu magnesium technology, recently, members of the Huizhou Development and Reform Commission and academician Wang Pinghui from the International Academy of Astronautics visited Baowu Magnesium Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Huizhou Baomagnesium') to conduct in-depth research, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the application prospects of magnesium alloy materials in the low-altitude economy sector. Magnesium materials have characteristics such as light weight, high strength, good heat dissipation, and good electromagnetic shielding effects, providing broad development space for the low-altitude economy industry. The research group first conducted a detailed investigation on the production process, technological research and development, preparation process, and performance testing of magnesium alloy materials at Huizhou Baomagnesium. Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth discussions on the application potential of magnesium alloys in low-altitude transportation vehicles such as drones and light aircraft. Both parties expressed their intention to work together to explore the infinite possibilities of magnesium alloy materials in the low-altitude economy industry.
