In the latest filing submitted to the US SEC on Thursday, Berkshire Hathaway, owned by Buffett, disclosed that in the past three trading days, it has sold over 9.5 million shares of Bank of America stocks, reducing its holdings to 0.775 billion shares, with a stake of approximately 9.987%. This is the 15th round of selling Bank of America stocks disclosed by Berkshire since mid-July, cashing out about $10.5 billion. According to regulations, if the stake exceeds 10%, the transaction needs to be disclosed within two working days; if the stake is below 10%, there is no need to disclose the transaction promptly, and it may typically be disclosed in quarterly reports.
